Returns / Exchange Policy

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise due to size reason or defective merchandise for an exchange. Simply contact us at orders@kizmetyogawear.com within 7 days of receiving your item we will be happy issue an RA# and exchange the item for the correct size or selection.

Original shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

Returned merchandise should include the packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are sent without an RA# are not eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender. Once received, if the item is approved for return, a credit and/or exchange will be issued within 2-3 business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that All Sale Items, Jewelry & Toe Sox are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
